Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol

One of my favorite things to do over the holidays is check out movies. I went to see three. This one is my favorite so stay tuned for the others.

Fandango Blurb:
Blamed for a terrorist attack on the Kremlin, Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and the entire IMF agency are disavowed by the U.S. government, while the president initiates the Ghost Protocol. Forced to go "off the grid" -- left without resources or backup -- Hunt must somehow clear the agency's name and prevent another attack. Complicating matters even more, Ethan must undertake the impossible mission with a group of fellow IMF fugitives whose actual motives are suspect.

My Review:
Thank goodness this wasn't offered in 3D, lol! Anyways, I love Tom Cruise and knew that he wouldn't do a movie that was half bad so I really looked forward to this one. I wasn't disappointed. There was a jail breakout, building climbing and other impossible challenges for his team to overcome. And you know what? They made mistakes, big ones, but I honestly have to say by the end of the movie I was in love with each character and hated to see them go. I give this a 4 out of 5 stars only because some things just seemed a bit too convenient.

This was high on our list, too, but we saw Dragon Tattoo instead. We'll definitely have to make it to Mission Impossible now!

Hope your Holidays have been blessed and bright, LM!

Oh thanks E.J. it was wonderful. I want to check out the foreign version of the Dragon Tatoo first to compare.

OOOOH, I gotta see this one! Thanks for the quick synop, as it'll be helpful when I'm watching the film, and trying to figure out the plot lines.

Hubs and I went to see this last week and love it. From the time the movie began until the rolling credits there was non-stop action. Went to see Sherlock today. Loved that, too.
