Snow White & the Huntsman - Movie Review

Let's say I'm a fairytale lover. I saw Mirror Mirror and it didn't put the Snow White damper on me to stop me from seeing Snow White and The Huntsman.

Fandango's Blurb:
In a twist to the fairy tale, the Huntsman ordered to take Snow White into the woods to be killed winds up becoming her protector and mentor in a quest to vanquish the Evil Queen.

Cast: Kristen Stewart, Chris Hemsworth, Charlize Theron, Sam Claflin, Sam Spruell, Ian McShane - Director: Rupert Sanders

My Review:
Hummmm. The good, Charlize Theron - stole-the-show! Dang she scared me. Beauty, evil, cunning all wrapped up into a queenly package. Then there was Snow White - eh, I just had a few beefs with her. Like, how did she learn all those fighting skills in such a short time? And Kristen Stewart's rally speech - *hand in face*. But with all the little ticks of her role as Snow White ... I still enjoyed it but maybe not as much as I personally hoped to. If you love the Snow White tale like I do, then you'll be able to sit through this pleasantly because of the special effects, the evil queen's presence and well hope that Snow White will win the day. You know what? All of that happened, just a bit differently than the original fairytale. I give this 3 out of 5 swords.

See? I was worried about the whole Kristen Stewart thing. Especially when the previews gloss over her presence and focus on everyone else. I still might check it out, we'll see!

Lol! I'm glad I wasn't alone. I thought I'd get shoes thrown at me with this review. I don't think she's a bad actress just that certain roles don't work well for her.

Yes, SW's fighting skills and her glowing health after being kept in a freezing cell for years require suspension of disbelief, that's for sure :))
Charlize Theron is wonderfully wicked! I think she should be a villain in every movie from now.

Charlize was awesome. Visual were great. But, 3 out of 5 is generous. You are far kinder than I. :D

I think it was a tad better than the accident prone Bella Swan but again she doesn't convince me enough that she is meant to play the role, now Charlize magnificent performance she literally stole the movie, I actually cared more for her and rooted for her to win even though I knew that would never happen, and Chris aka the huntsman was okay I was expecting a epic kiss scene maybe they did that to encourage sequel.
